Has anyone changed the 3D print head to a smaller size? If so, do you have any information on what the setting should be or have a guide?
Do you mean the nozzle size?
You’ll need to use another slicer than Luban as it doesn’t allow you to change that setting (last time I looked). Most other slicers have sensible presets or recommendations for different nozzle sizes.

@VictorA Cura. I’ve also been playing with IdeaMaker lately, so far I like it but it’s very complicated lol
I am using prusa slicer. (you can also use superslicer which is based on the same code base). And as already mentioned Cura
