Just noticed there is an unwanted body (body 2)
And the front wall is flying:
I think that cause the problems. you print the top wall into the air, the material got spaghetti and all fail.
Doh! no wonder. Thanks so much for spotting that. I will try again. Even if the model is made of separate bodies, the print should build up all evenly? Wondering why the back diagonal wall managed to get about 25mm tall.
It’s best if you merge it all to one model. Sometimes you’ll have double extrusion if two models overlap one another in the slicer.
Also open it up in windows 3d builder before importing to slicer, because that program can sometimes spot errors and fix them. If it did so so then remember save after fixing the model.
I found this online.

I recently had the issue more frequently after printing with a new rough filament, and found the issue to be the ptfe tube was bent in a few areas. The reason for it being bent is that it had multiple broken segments of filament a few weeks ago, and I had to take them out manually sometime by hitting the tube on something to get the fimalemt out. Otherwise it was completely stuck inside.
I switched ptfe tubes with the other extruder and I’m not getting that error anymore.
