Hi all,
I just bought Snapmaker 2 A250. However, for the first few time when I do the Auto Level for the 3D printing, it is fine. Now, It keeps pressing down the print sheet of the first point and it is making hole on the print sheet now.
Could someone help me where I am doing wrong here. All the firmware is up to date.

Make sure the toolhead module is properly attached to the linear module carriage, and check that the position of the inductive probe on the toolhead is properly adjusted. If both of those are correct, you may just have a faulty unit, and will need to contact support for a replacement.

Thank you for reply and i also followed the guide from this link
I don’t see the LED turn on when i put the knife under the Probe Sensor and the print head module is keep moving down and not stopping. I had sent the email to support for the replacement guide.
