Y layer shifting, then left extruder rammed into right extruder

Hi,

Since I replaced my left extruder, I noticed a lot of horizontal lines due to layer shifting

  • I tighten the left extruder screws to be sure, but still the issue persists

Then, with a new print, at 71% of 30+ hours printing, suddenly the left extruder rammed into the right extruder

  • I checked the belts , they are really tighten too, I cannot move the heads if the printer is off

What could possibly be the cause of this issue ?
