What should the file extension be for laser files

When I generate G-Code the file extension is .nc. When tranfer USB to Snapmaker and under files it is blank.I am using LUBAN 4.0.3

.nc should be correct. As a sanity check, on the touchscreen you switch over to the USB drive correct? When you open files, it defaults to the internal memory of the machine instead of the USB stick.

I appreciate your answer. I found I needed to do some updates and that seemed to be the problem. After I did the updates the files showed up under USB. I next thing is to get a connection to my Surface - Pro laptop and I should be good to go. I have the enclosure, rotary tool and air purifier. I expect to make some great things.
