What is the process for submitting a repair claim?

I have an A350 which has been a grand experience learning the 3D printing module and now I’ve gone over to the laser module - what fun!!
My question is how to properly submit a claim for repair of a faulty part?
Everythng was working really well, but now for some reason the USB port no longer works. I’ve tried numerous USB sticks that work just fine elsewhere, but is not recognized in the machine.
I also not that the display port sometimes does not recognize the display unit. If I jiggle the cord everything is fine.
I purchased the A350 thru Amazon and when I tried to put in a claim it requests information I don’t know where to find such as a serial number, for instance.
Any guidance for this would be appreciated. My unit is less than 4 months old and I really like using the USB port instead of the WIFI or direct connect to the PC.
Plus without the USB port I don’t think I can do firmware updates, right?

Thanks for a fun device - I hope I can get this part fixed soon.

About USB sticks, though—make absolutely certain that the ones you’re using are formatted in FAT32 (old USB 2.0 sticks usually are, but not always). Many new USB sticks these days are sold with an exFAT filesystem, which won’t work with the Snapmaker2 but will be accepted quite happily by many other machines.
