According to Snapmaker - The spool holder accommodates spools with a maximum internal diameter of 60 mm, a maximum width of 70 mm, and a weight of up to 1 kg. Can I use a spool from JAYO or Tecbears? they have a diameter of about 70mm
The U1 spool holder is designed to accommodate spools with an inner diameter between 52 mm and 60 mm. Unfortunately, spools with a 70 mm inner diameter would not fit.
Should not be too difficult to design printable replacement parts in different diameters. 
That’s a bit short sighted isn’t it.
Every spoolholder has its limits. But we all have a 3d printer to help us and print us the required stuff.
Snapmaker does not have to add capabilities for all other filament spool sizes or weights. Cant see a problem.
