Hi all, i tried to print a small container using cura. And as the picture shows i have some odd spots where the layers are not uniform out. I thought it was layer shift but it goes back to normal after a few then does it again, and the inside is also messed up.
Im slicing in cura with a 40mms print speed on hatchbox pla. The level issues seem to be on layers where there is a hole for some pegs. Any ideas?

Look at the cura preview, I think this is where it starts after a retraction 
Maybe retract after layer change?
I had the same problem last year.
I think i solved it after a new retraction calibration and experimented with combing.
When you say calibrate retraction, do you mean do a retraction test?
