Pressure Advance Tower → 0.04

I did the pattern pressure advance calibration and marked every “good position” with black marker:

I use 0.035 as mean but added all 12 values to adaptive pressure advance:

BTW: I’ve tensioned the Z axis timing belt and lubricated all three Z axis lead screws.

I printed that piece and it printed good IMO.

Standard .2mm settings SnOrca profile. Bambu Matte Black PLA

Its def the printer and not the file.

Wow I didn’t expect someone printing this part to help the case. Thank you very much for this crucial info. We can now rule out geometry for good I think.

Still in the process of calibration. Flow rate was spot on with 0.98. But PA lines and PA pattern contradicts each other. PA pattern gives me a 0.035 and PA lines gives me a 0.048. And even the 0.048 is not up to my liking. For me it’s just the least worse. But maybe I’m chasing the unreachable there.

If reducing the speed hasn’t improved it, I have hesitated to say this but it looks to me like misalignment of layers. Where a layer looks “proud” on one face, is it a bit recessed on the opposite face?

This would point at some kind of slackness in the XY motions (rather than the Z mentioned above).
