The control panel of my Snapmaker starts up correctly but no longer responds to my touch, making it impossible to operate. What can I do to fix this?
There is a replacement touchscreen available in the shop.
Maybe you could check the connections of the screen, solder points and so on.

recently we’ve seen issues with the screen cable connection into the hub…causing a mixture of symptoms like this. in those cases trimming a 1mm section of the plastic around the connector fixed it.
if it has always worked try reseating this connector first
I thought the screen works but the touch input not…
