Touchscreen Feature Suggestion: "Reuse settings from previous Job" (Laser)

I am currently running several laser Jobs that stack up to get the final result, and all have the same work origin and focus height (the workpiece stays in place). It would be great if I had a button at the beginning of the Job that says “Continue with Focus and Work Origin from previous Job”. That would save me to repeat the focus every time - the work origin thankfully already is kept from previous job.

Forgive me if this is a duplicate - I seem to remember someone asked for a similar thing, but I could not find it in the forum.

Yeah, right, thanks! I’ll still leave the post - it seems that what I want is possible with Luban (if I get it right), but I am a touchscreen person, so my feature request remains!

For laser I only use Lightburn on cheap laptop.

I use the manual focus button and simply press next without setting any new work origin, then I tap go to work origin and it’s there again.

So it’s there but your request sounds nice.

Huh, interesting, did not know that! But unfortunately this is not true for the 2W - you have the option to input material thickness or use the focus lever, and both let you loose the old focus value. Unless I do not get it - did you mean something else?
