Tornado Foosball logo CNC relief and some laser details

The logo is carved into ~20mm thick mdf that was 300mm x 300mm.

I used the laser to color the tornado swirl around the ball and the outline of the big “T”. For the Tornado lettering I manually created a gradient fade by changing the z offset manually each time the laser made a pass. It took some effort to align it all. My wife painted the red and white parts to finish it. Pretty happy, just need to trim the edges and might add a clock.

I also created a lamp shade for the table, used a couple left over planks of engineered wood flooring we had installed in the house years ago. I had to do one side then swap ends and carve the other side. Using some wood infused PLA filament I 3D printed a couple of trapezoid shaped blocks to mount the planks to the led lamp. Then some conduit held together with handlebar mounts for a mountain bike.
