Snapmaker Artison, Stuck in Starting

Hi,
After update my Artisan i receive this Android error and cannot
klick the “factory date reset”.
What am i supposed to do to solve this issue?

I have no experience or konwledge with Artisan, but with Snapmaker 2.0 I realized that I can actually attach a standard keyboard to the USB slot that also the USB stick goes in. It is recognized and the SM2 touchscreen reacts to key input. Perhaps this is a way forward?

Aside from this, I’d strongly suggest getting in touch with Snapmaker support.

now i entered the debug mode. unfurtinately i can not return to normal mode. anyone has some advice for me?

Again I can only share the Snapmaker 2.0 perspective - there you had to go to the Device information page where an image of the machine is shown. You tap on the image 5 times - this toggles debug mode on or off.
