Here are just a few of the things which have made my prints much more consistent and better.
- Make sure you use an enclosure to keep your temp / humidity regulated.
- Use a filament dryer at all times, instead of just having your filament hanging out in the ‘open’.
- Make sure there is as little tension as possible on the filament coming into the print head.
- Do your E-Step calibration after changing your hot ends / print head.
- Make sure you used the beveled / recessed M4 bolts, to attach the heated bed.
- Use Cura for slicing, it does a MUCH better job than Luban; there is a Snapmaker plugin for Cura.
After I started following all of the above my results were much better, and far more consistent.
