Hello, I’m trying to find out how to fix the problem with my Snapmaker 2.0 A350 not loading the filament properly. I was printing an object and when it finished the last 1/3 was missing. I tried to print another thing and I noticed the there was no filament coming out. I opened the little front latch that shows the filament going in, however, the gear was turning and putting the filament through, but my printer still wasn’t printing. If anyone can help me with this it would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
What to you appears is called filament grinding. It could be a clogged nozzle or too much force because of retraction.
Have a look at this thread:
Are you using the filament that came with your SM?
Lots of people have had problems with this.
Also, try raising nozzle temp 5º. May help to flow better.

What I did to help with my own feed, with my A350/Enclosure, was to drill a 1/2" hole even with the print head, in the middle. The spool sits right over that on bearings. That seems to have taken care of one of my issues.
The 1KG roll was too heavy for it to spin easily on the thin spindle, and the pressure on the filament was not even. And remember to clean all the oil off of your bearings.
