I just set up the Snapmaker 2.0 and enclosure. When I turned on the Snapmaker for the first time, one of the y-axis linear modules started to smoke and give off a burning smell from the steel strip. The steel strip has warped… I turned it off and don’t believe the system can be used without figuring and fixing the problem. Cabling is correct, no other linear module had problems. Suggestions for what to try and how to have it serviced?
That’s a definite contact customer support, proceed directly to waiting. Nothing anybody else can help with on that one…

Sorry for the problem you ran into.
Please do not use the burnt linear module again and check the circuit board inside.
