Just printed the sample Vase, and it printed solid. I tried again, reviewed the infill and set to 0%, but still shows same 17+hours to print. Any ideas?
Yes, you have to enable spiralize outer contour, that is “vase mode”, under the surface category 
what it does is only prints the outer perimeter of the part

How do I turn on spiralize in Luban?
Loading the model from the samples section will automatically enable spiralize, but
if you hit custom there is a spiralize outer contour settting you can enable if you have a new profile.
It doesn’t always. That’s part of the problem.
