Rotary with Laser Engraving not perfect

First time using rotary module + engraving to engrave a Yeti tumbler. It turned out… okay. I set the X,Y,Z to be at the base of the yeti cup 0.1mm above. It seemed a little too close though even though the setup told me to touch the material. What can I do to improve?

Settings I used:
Method: Fill

Movement Mode: Line

Fill Interval: 0.1mm

Line Direction: Horizontal

Jog Speed: 3000mm/min

Work Speed: 1800mm/min

Laser Power: 100%

0.1mm above the Material is in my oppinion too close. It should be 10mm.

I engraved a bottle without the rotary module and with 10mm difference between bottle and Laser. It comes out nice.

I can’t remember exactly.
100% power, feed rate 600 or 900 mm/min
