Reset to factory settings did not retain information about Dual Head Extruder

I was recalibrating my E Steps when I realized the problem wasnt the e steps it was the diameter of the filiment.
After realizing that I thought I would just set it back to what it was. Oddly that did not give me the expected results. So I did a Factory reset. That made things even worse.
The settings before I made any modifications:
M92 X160.00 Y160.00 Z400.00 B888.89Current E667.22, BACKUP SINGLE E212.21BACKUP DUAL E667.22

The settings now:
X:-32.00 Y:335.00 Z:333.82 E:0.00 Count X:0 Y:57280 Z:133528 B:0

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
