Reading CATPart format

I am looking for a tool that can convert CATPart files - generated with CATIA v5 to STL or something that Luban is able to read.

I know CATIA v5 offers trial licenses but I did not find the official download page yet and I am not even sure, if the trial would offer this option. Also I probably may have the same issue later again after the trial is expired.

Can anybodu recommend a tool or a solution to import CATPart files into Luban?
