I’m using ABS filament. Priting temp 245. Initial 255. Bed preheated to 89/89 (max) and while printing came down to a stable 83/89.
I used brim 20x. The brim adheres well to the blue tape with some glue stick applied.
The problem starts when it started printing the actual design, which is a simple support rectangle 25x0.3mm 5mm high, after the third layer it start printing in mid-air and creates spaghetti mess around the tip of the nozzle and eventually starts accumulating at a point in the body; at which point I stopped the job.
I cleaned the nozzle, calibrated the bed and start over again but the problem starts to arise again about the same time on the first run, which is about the third layer of printing the actual body.
Please help.
Thanks
