Printing filament several inches off Hotbed...Help!

My Snapmaker has just started printing several inches from the hotbed!

Before this, I had my first print failure and the filament wrapped around the nozzle. I cleaned it off with a brass brush and alcohol then recalibrated the bed and z offset.

I tried to print again and it printed no rafter and started immediately printing in mid air. Please help! Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

Is it printing the correct shape, just above the bed, or is it off/above the bed just extruding filament?

Please connect the machine with your PC via the provided USB cable.
