I have a Problem with my new Snapmaker 2.0.
While printing no Filament is drawn into the Printing Module.
On the Picture is the result of a Printing test. The Modul only prints in the Air.
Do anyone know a solution for the Problem?
Try changing the Z-Offset as the first layer is going down, looks like you may have the nozzle too close to the bed

Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately, that didn’t solve the problem.
I have now tested a different material and loosened a little the spring that presses the material against the gear.
Everything is working normally now.
