After waiting for 2 weeks for another reply, I see no other option than to post here, in the hopes that this matter will be taken more seriously.

I find it unacceptable that you have not yet replied to my enquiry here nor to my support request.
Note that I take this service issue very seriously and that I will - if necessary - cause “as much ruckus as required”, as seen in this similar thread:
