Here is the model we use to test the leveling of the heated bed. After calibration and before you start to print something you want, use this file to test the leveling first. Please use the Normal Print mode. It will be added to the example models folder in Snapmaker3D in the next version as well.
I have been having a heck of a time trying to discover the reason why the USB connection to the computer will not allow communication. My computer has 3 USB ports, 2 of them 3.0 and 1-2.0. I did find that the computer will only state that a connection has been made using the 2.0 port, however, the SnapMaker app will not connect. Does anyone have any troubleshooting advice or info on how the port should be configured.
