Could be wrong but that almost sounds like a slicer issue to me. What slicer & version are you using?

Try running a Heated Bed Leveling when you start the print, right above the toggle to take the Time Lapse Video. I’ve had this issue even after leveling the plate and it seems to help.

That could be. Z offset needs calibrating at working temperature, clearances are different when cold.
