Hi.
I have a problem while printing. While using PLA, overhang corners are curlying. I tried to slove this problem by searching any method on the net (YouTube, forums etc.). People tried to slove this problem by using those methods:
- Print with slow print speed.
- Using smaller nozzle (0.2mm)
- Print different height (0.2, 0.1, 0.05mm)
- Cooler Modification
I tried all of those methods.
- Slow print speed sloves this problem. But 6-10 hours printing time goes to 38 hours (this is crazy). This is not a solution i think.
- I used high quality 0.2mm nozzle. I can’t say that my problem goes zero but can help a bit…
- I tried different layer heights. Still curly corners saying hello to me…
- Finally i found a cooler modification here. Printables I printed this cooler and used 5010 blower fan. Problem nearly sloved but not completely a solution.
I modelled a cooler like in the link and planned to use 2 x 5010 blower fan.
My question is starting from this line…
Original fan inside the print module is 24V 0.1A (2.4W)
5010 blower fan is 24V 0.1A (2.4W)
I planned to use 2 x 5010 blower fan as parallel so Voltage keeps going 24V but Current will be 0.2A. So board inside the print module needs to feed 24V 0.2A (4.8Watt).
Can the board feed 2 x 5010 (4.8W)?
Thanks for your answers. Just i need to know that.
