Multicolor Color Transition Adhesion in the Horizontal

Hello, I’m having an issue with a cylindrical print that has a wall thickness of 1.6mm. On the left side, the color transitions are not clean and not properly bonded. On the right side, however, they look good. (The printed object is symmetrical).

  • It can’t be the filament

The poor quality area occurs during the color change when the toolhead moves away for the next color.

Can someone help me figure out how to eliminate this gap on the left side? It must be related to the print settings concerning the toolhead’s direction of travel or its movement away to the park position.

On the other hand, the color transition looks good.

There are issues with the color transitions on the left side, while they are fine on the right side.

It is recommended that you first perform an offset calibration for the four print heads.

You can submit a ticket at the same time in case the technical staff or fellow users in the forum don’t respond promptly.

I think it’s something about acceleration or print speed.
Did you try a slower speed for comparison?
In Marlin it’s junction deviation.

I’ve enabled the parameters, and now the quality is good.

Thanks for the response. The outer layer was printed at 40, and the inner wall at 200.
