I’m using Luban version 4.2.3 and I need to use supports on my print. Due to the design of my model, I need to print the supports directly on the model to support an overhang. I can no longer find the option to select whether the supports print everywhere or just touching the build plate. Right now it seems to be set to just touching the build plate, but I need it to be set for everywhere, otherwise Luban won’t put supports for the section I need supports for. Setting custom supports doesn’t work either, if Luban can’t make the supports touch the build plate, then it just ignores them. Where did this setting go?
They’ve hidden it in the printing settings pop-up.
Click on the gear icon. Or the 3 bars next to “general parameters”

Ah, I see what I did now. The option disappears when automatic support isn’t toggled, and I was trying to use custom support placement instead of automatic, which means the option wouldn’t show up for me. I feel like that option should stay active so that it can be changed when someone, like me, wants to use custom supports rather than automatic supports.
Hey, thanks for the feedback~ Will talk with the software team about this.
