good afternoon: I have made a .nc file. but I have not realized that it was configured for a laser of 10. My laser is the old one and I want to make the cut. I think I won’t get it that way. Does anyone know how to reload the .nc file in luban to correct it? I don’t want to cut another wooden plank, which is already marked by attempts. Thank you very much to all
@verstain Unfortunately, you cannot. The .nc file is already the g-code configured for the machine to use, it cannot be edited in that way. It is useful for saving projects that you want to do again in the future and do not need to edit, as it can be directly imported to the Luban Workspace or a USB and loaded to the machine for immediate use, but there is no way to retrieve the image/processing data from it. You will have to re-create it from scratch and program the new file for your correct hardware. Sorry for the bad news.
I should say, there is a way to do it, but it would take HOURS of sorting through thousands of lines of code in the file and manually editing them. It would be quicker and easier to just recreate the project.
