Laser workspace not in Luban UI

I’m following instructions on page 67 of Quick Start Guide.
Step 3, substep 6: Set the thickness of the material
I can’t do this because the Laser workspace is not in my User Interface. Just not there.

The image in the Quick Start Guide shows it just below the Console workspace. In my Luban 3.8.0, there is nothing below the Console workspace.

Anyone know how I can get the Laser workspace to show up?

I’d ask support but apparently they don’t exist based on the lack of response to my previous requests.

You will need to connect your computer to the laser module via the USB/Serial Port which brings up the fine tuning and other laser options.

I am writing up something on a more logical and comprehensive laser package… watch out for it in about one week.
