Hi all, I am probably having a newbie issue with trying to laser the box project. It will engrave it fine but it does not cut through. Do I need to adjust the settings that load into Luhansk? Or are those settings suppose to do the job? Getting frustrated after a lot of attempts. Any help would be a wonderful Christmas present from you guys
I assume it’s just not cutting all the way through?
Try adding more passes.

Did not realize I could change the settings that came with the project. I am such a newbie to this. Thought with projects provided it was load and push start
