Laser job outside of boundaries?

Hello!

I have created some gcode with Luban and have lined everything up to start at the work origin of (0,0). My material is 30.2 cm, so I have aligned with the 300 mm guide in Luban.

When executing the job from the controller, the laser is etching outside of my material (in fact, it is etching one of the plastic clamps). Any way to troubleshoot this? I have measured twice, verified in luban I was looking at the correct dimension, scale, and unit, but not sure where else to verify.

I just had that same thing happen to me. Ruined a walnut cutting board. The boundary ran perfectly, but when I ran the job the print moved about inch left (x). I’m done with Luban for laser. Lightburn from now on.

Ouch! Luckily this was my first bigger cut and planned to do it twice. I too, have a lot of folks preferring Lightburn to luban. It looks pretty nice.
