Laser engraving stopped working after firmware and luban updated

Hi everyone,

I just updated new luban version with latest firmware, after that, my laser engraving is stopped working.

Have tried to factory reset and everything I know but nothing work.

Can someone please help me?

It’s a known issue and I think the snapmaker team is now aware of it. For now, however, you can downgrade the firmware on your machine and Luban to the previous versions. Just place the .bin file on the USB drive and run it like you would a laser project from the touchscreen.
