Have any of you ever tried to engrave lego bricks with the laser?
and if so, what settings did you use to engrave them.

It would be a good idea to do some tests, but be very careful and ensure you have exceptional ventilation. Lego bricks are made with ABS, and will likely release styrene into the air. I would suggest starting at a low power, maybe 1000mm/m for speed and go from there. You didn’t specify which laser you were using, but maybe start at 15-20% power for the 1.6W or 5-10% for the 10W.
