Camera changes color with red filament

Pink will be available everywhere, including in the mobile app.

Are you making fun, or is that another example of error in translation?

I’m writing here in German, no idea what you get translated to.

The meaning has been completely changed. Screenshots:

Ich werde jede Lösung hier bekanntgeben und bis dahin schweigen. Vielen Dank für Ihre Bemühungen.

I will announce any solution here and remain silent until then. Thank you for your efforts.

I’m not criticising you, please don’t take offence. I am commenting about the ‘quality’ of the automatic AI translations.

I’m sure we will all be interested to hear what the outcome is.

I don’t feel criticized and I don’t hold it against you. Everything is fine.

Update:
Snapmaker is sending me a new camera for now. Once I’ve installed it, I’ll announce the test here.
It will take a while, but please be patient.

fingers crossed the new camera clears it up, curious whether the red shift follows it or not honestly

As promised, I wrote to let you know that I would follow up on this topic.

The old camera was replaced with a new one (version 3.0; the old one was version 1.0), and the test was positive. Red remains red, and all other colors remain unchanged as well.
Snapmaker reacted very quickly after the ticket was opened and sent me a new camera promptly.
My test had to wait, however, because my touchscreen suddenly stopped working, so I ordered a display. After the new display arrived, I unfortunately discovered that it had damaged the flat ribbon cable. Today, the new flat ribbon cables arrived. The printer is now working perfectly again.
In all cases, Snapmaker responded excellently and acted quickly so that I could use the printer again.
At this point, my thanks go to Snapmaker and its team, and in that spirit, I hereby close this topic for myself.
