Issue with 3D Printing from one Part

Good Morning,

i am on this Project: Star Wars Stormtrooper Universal/Intergalactic Cellphone Charging Stand by ray4510 - Thingiverse

I already printed successful 3 from 4. But the last one will not work. The Printer makes crazy things. I mad a video from it: OneDrive with Video and G-Code

I try also different settings in Luban. Normal Quality, High Quality and then Modified High Quality. The G-Codes from HighQuality and the Modified High Quality is in OneDrive.

I have the Snapmaker 2.0 A350. I am Using Polymaker PolyTerra PLA Cotton White.

The other 3 Parts was printed without issue.

I hope i forget nothing, if yes tell me i try to deliver the missed Information. :slight_smile:

I hope you could help me and tell me what i made wrong or if the last part is not printable.

You have no supports in the holderTupper.gcode, so your printer is trying to start some lines in thin air. From the video you posted, that’s the problem I see.

It does look like you have supports in the Mod version of the gcode, so that one should work. I’m curious if you have a video from the attempt at printing that?

Good afternoon,

i think i fix it. I made again a calibration from the Bed, but not the Standard one with 3x3, i made it now with 5x5. And what should i say. The Mod Version was printed now successful!

@nivekmai Thanks for your answer, the first print with the Mod Version was looked like the video without the support. I think the issue was the calibration with 3x3.
