Once you start a print, the touch screen becomes stuck at whatever screen you were on. Can you allow the Back or Home buttons to work even when the machine is printing ?

Did you print via Udisk or snapmakerjs ? 3D printing or laser engraving or CNC ? By the way what firmware version was using on your machine?Can you take a picture when the screen is frozen?
