I have a blank screen on laser tab

This morning I go to set up a picture in the laser tab and all I can get is a blank page - no add tab - no grid - nothing! I tried re-installing the program and still nothing - any idea what is happening?

You can reset Snapmaker Luban manually.

For mac OS:
Enter terminal.app
Enter the commands:

rm -rf ~/Library/Application\ Support/snapmaker-luban/*
rm ~/.snapmaker-luban.json

For Windows:
Open the file directory, use your system username instead .

C:/Users//AppData/Roaming

Delete the file directory snapmaker-luban

Open the file directory, use your system username instead

C:/Users/username

Remove the file .snapmaker-luban.json
