Update Crashing computer

My computer prompted me to update the Luban in Software and after I did it crashes every time I try to export G code

hi, can you provide more details like your operating system, some screenshot videos if possible~

I am on Macintosh desktop. After the update I can open up STL make some changes when I click send to workspace the screen goes blank.

Press the Windows logo key and R key at the same time,
Type %appdata% in the search box and enter
Open the “snapmaker-luban” folder and delete the “machine.json” file

For macOS:
Click on Go > Go to Folder.
Copy and paste the following path to the pop-up window.
~/Library/Application Support/
Locate the folder snapmaker-luban and delete the file “machine.json”

Also, what’s your firmware version?

I don’t have a Windows key I’m on a Macintosh

I followed these directions and I still have the same issue - the 3D print workspace just goes blank screen.

So if I am in the 3d module, I generate a g-code, then I hit “export to workspace”, it looks like it will work, shows the connection screen, then just blank screen. Does the same in the ‘show in browser’ version.
I just downloaded Version 4.3.0.
HELP PLEASE!

I updated the Snapmaker Firmware. That did the trick.
