How do I get someone from Snapmaker to contact me

Does anyone know how to contact a representative from Snapmaker? I got the notification that all components of my Artisan printer has arrived. However, I am missing “Box A” which includes the modules and control system. I have be sending emails to info@snapmaker.com for two weeks with no response. I really want to get started on projects. I am not very happy with their customer service.

Or send the request directly to the email that the website lists for Support.

support@snapmaker.com. The info one is for orders… Support is solid; they’ll get back to you in 24-48 hours and get you squared away.

Thanks for the assist. Someone finally responded and my parts are on the way.
