Snapmaker Support

Hi!

I have emailed the Snapmaker Support for several topics, but never got any reply from them. Should I have gotten an auto-reply with a ticket number? I did not get any reaction.

At the moment I need a new heat bed.

Do you have a ticket number or anything?- I am sure they are coming back to you.
The easiest way to reach them is to email support@snapmaker.com or click the support button on the bottom of the forum.

@xcommy did you check your spam folder by chance? I’ve never had an issue getting a response.

There is nothing in my spam folder, I do not have a ticket or answer/reaction. My mails get delivered to their mail server (mxbiz1.qq.com).

Hi!

I did not get a reaction, when sending the e-mail to support@snapmaker.com. Using the website and submitting a request, I got and instant reaction and my matters are taken care of.
