I am trying to make a post for the Eagle Gcode ULP. For the drilling part there is tool changes required. On tool change I call M76 to pause the job and M117 to display which drill size needs to be inserted. But nothing happens on the display. Have tried M117 and then M76 but no result either. I have the snapmaker 2 A350T. Does anyone have a way to display a message on the screen using Gcode?
This command does not work with the Snapmaker touch panel. 
Command comes from Marlin but is not supported here - the hardware requires a typical LCD controller such as in e.g. Ender etc.
The Snapmaker touch panel does not have a dedicated field for this type of status messages.
It is a pity 
- it would be very useful for many of us.
