Frequent pogo pin error

My U1 has printed about 94 hours so far, it has gotten two pogo pins error message after completion of print job. Each one occurred about 50 hours and both were resolved by cleaning the pogo contacts and pins with 99% IPA.

Is it normal to happen this frequently? My U1 is in an enclosure with exhaust and I’ve only been printing PLA and PETG. The fume build up pogo contacts shouldn’t be this fast.

Hi, It mentioned here(https://wiki.snapmaker.com/en/FAQ/u1) that:
Every 100,000 swaps, you’ll receive a reminder to clean the gold contacts on both sides to prevent dirt buildup and ensure stable connectivity.
It seems you’re running into this notice quite frequently.
Have you tried the troubleshooting guide here:https://wiki.snapmaker.com/en/snapmaker_u1/troubleshooting/pogopin_contact_anomaly
