I have been in contact with Snapmaker support about this but I was hoping my question might be answered faster here. I recently replaced the control board and hot end board for my dual extrusion module for Snapmaker Artisan but unfortunately now I am experiencing motor issue. If anyone knows what the lead screw nut is, mine isn’t centered within the iron buckle. I was told to “push the right extruder inward” and install the motor in place. Has anyone had this issue before and how do you push the extruder in?
