Error with new build plate

Using a new build plate, the blue cool one that does not need to be heated. As the bed is raising, I get an error saying there is something on the build plate. It’s clean and empty. I think the error is the AI overseer, the issue being the color. (I have seen comments about errors when turning the lights off..) Am I doing something wrong, or is this something I just have to get used to clicking continue each time I use this build plate? I am very new to 3D printing and I am still learning how to use our U1.

Please be patient and understanding if I have posted incorrectly or overlooked something so obvious… Just trying to learn so that I can teach my son, who wanted this machine…

Happens to me with the non-Snapmaker build plates too. Its probably just the system as you say, I ignore it and continue my prints without issue.

Is the foreign object detection sensivity set to high ? What if you chose low ?

Not sure if this thing can learn, but after the third print, it stopped giving me the error. I have now printed 4 more prints on the non oem build plate without issue.

My Creality K2 Plus does the same thing when I put the blue Frost Bite plate on it. Just hit resume then it’s fine.

Snapmaker didn’t actually source from somewhere else, did they…
