About three-quarters of a year ago, I haven’t needed to use my Rotary Module. Today, I had an impromptu need for it and attempted to utilize it. I started the Module Switch Assistant, connected everything, but upon booting up, I received an error message 6-1: ‘Rotary Module Plugged into Wrong Socket (Please plug the rotary Module into the Motion 1 Socket of the integrated Controller)’ despite having the Rotary Module plugged into the Motion 1 Socket. I’ve double-checked all the connections multiple times, removed the module’s extension cable, and directly connected the module to the controller, unfortunately with the same result.
Does anyone have any further ideas?
