Hello, I solved my lifting issue. I turned out to be in fact a mechanical fault. The wire nut of the lifting motor wasn’t aligned correctly. Following this guide https://wiki.snapmaker.com/en/snapmaker_artisan/troubleshooting/extruder_r_failed_to_home it was easy to fix and now works fine.

Would contact support. There seem to be cases of a broken linear module - see here (also interesting for the others because of the video on dismantling/reassembly of the DX):
