Does the Snapmaker F-Model worth only for 3D Printing

Hello folks,
can anybody give me some more information about the noise level and the printquality (printmodule) of the new F-Modules. There are so less information and user-videos about the full upgrade.

I want to place the machine into the basement in my flat I’m living in, so it should be relative silent in case some neighbors get bugged.

How is the state of the printquality compare to a MK3plus?

I have the F350 and its very quiet. I have it upstairs and when the door is closed it cannot be heard in other rooms that are not adjacent to it.
