Disapearing menues

Hi, I have a Snapmaker 2.0 A350T, and I

recently upgraded the firmware to version v1.19.0. In addition, I upgraded with the quick swap kit and the air purifier. To my surprise, three things happened:

  1. I lost the Calibration file (see the photo)
  2. In the nozzle load menu, the nozzle is not heating up, and the initial temperature is 0, not the ambient temperature as before.
  3. The bed heating takes forever to reach 50 degrees.

I have reinstalled the firmware twice and reviewed all the connections to ensure they are in the proper socket. But nothing things to work

It seems your toolhead is not connected or detected, what do you see on the main screen (screen after startup)?

I am facing an issue with my device where the toolhead is not being detected upon startup. Although I have three toolheads, only one of them is being detected and the other two are not functioning properly during the filament loading process. I tried experimenting and discarding some items, which led me to find a solution by plugging in a second toolhead that I had as a backup. However, the problem still persists with one of the toolheads not being detected and the other two having issues with the filament extraction process.

Was your last firmware upgrade long time ago or is your setting now and the up to date?
There was a toolhead update firmware 1 or 2 years ago which needs a special update process, but this is pretty improbable from my sight.

-What toolheads do you connect
–Which works
–Which not
The toolheads and other connectors have to be connected in unpowered machine state, is this a known fact?

-Does your toolhead appear if you disconnect the Add ons like purifier?

Theoretical you should be able to root your toolhead to the add on port, have a look at M1029:

I “I am trying to troubleshoot my machine step by step. I upgraded to the latest firmware version 1.19.0_202 and connected the 3D printhead. I ran a calibration test, and everything seemed fine. However, I am facing an issue now - when I try to load the filament, nothing happens, and the extraction motor does not function. I tried heating the nozzle by going to Control/Nozzle in the menu, but when I press the load button, nothing happens. I even opened the gate to see if the extruder turns, but it does not load or unload the filament. I thought it might be a cable issue, so I changed it, but the problem persists.”

You tried, but did you succeed?

I haven’t been able to fix the extruder.

I asked if you had successfully heated the nozzle as a result of you “trying”.
Well, obviously, if the nozzle doesn’t heat up the filament won’t load or unload

Yes, the nozzle heats up to temperature (200) since I am using PLA, and furthermore, I can extrude it by hand opening the gate and pushing the filament.
